PHOTOGRAPHY :

Much care is taken when photographing beads to represent beads and their colors as true as possible but keep in mind that all monitors are different.

SIZING:  

Jewellery is made to standard sizes.  Please check to see if it is the size you want.  For bracelets simply supply me with your wrist measurement. Necklace lengths as per the chart below. I can alter pieces to fit your requirements,  please contact me.

HANDMADE BEADS:

I handmake all beads and due to the unique nature of glass and the bespoke process minor variations in design may occur.

PRICING:

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

For international orders, you are responsible for any and all duties, customs and foreign transaction charges that may be incurred when the package arrives in your country.  Please contact your local customs authorities for further information on your country's taxes and duties.

PAYMENTS:

I accept all major credit card payments via paypal.  You do not need a paypal account to do this.  Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

POSTAGE:

New Zealand shipping:  We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business dates.  We use New Zealand Post.  Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within New Zealand. We recommend shipping to a residential or business address, not P O Box as the package needs to be signed for upon delivery. Insurance and tracking is at the purchasers expense.

Overseas shipping: Dispatch is made within 2-4 business days. Packages are usually sent by NZ Post. Please contact me if you require tracking or insurance at your expense.  

PACKAGING:

All jewellery is packaged in bubble wrap and gift wrapped in either a handmade bag or an organza bag depending on the size of your choosen jewellery. A Gift Wrapping option is available, please contact me.

 

RETURNS:

I understand that shopping online can be tricky and I want you to love the jewellery you buy from me. However, I am not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind, and all goods for return must be authorised by me, whether purchased online, in-store or at market sales. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, please return it to me in original, unopened condition with the original packaging within 3 days of delivery and I will credit it or refund the purchase price using the method you used for the initial purchase. Please contact me if you need any instruction or have any queries.

A refund or credit note will be at my discretion. Freight and delivery charges can not be refunded or credited.

 

Please note, goods purchased on sale are considered firm sale, whether purchased online, in-store, or at markets. I cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case I will also refund you the cost of returning the goods to me. I cannot offer refunds, credits or returns on sale items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
